Terms of Service — "Sijang Hanmadi uploader"

1. The service

"Sijang Hanmadi uploader" (the "App") is a private, internal tool that uploads videos created by the owner of the YouTube channel "시장 한마디" to that channel. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.

2. YouTube Terms

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the App is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted use

• The App may only upload content that the channel owner created and has the rights to publish.
• Uploaded content must follow YouTube Community Guidelines. Each video states its news source, that it uses AI narration, and that it is not investment advice.
• The App uses only the youtube.upload scope and the videos.insert method.

4. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. The App does not collect, store or share YouTube user data.

5. Revocation and termination

Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner may stop using the App at any time.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" for the owner's personal use, without warranties of any kind.
